An ultraconservative group that sends its investigators undercover to expose what it considers left-wing bias in society says it will ask the Supreme Court to allow secret recording of conversations after a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that Oregon’s ban on those recordings was a valid protection of the right to privacy.
