AEW boasts a diverse roster, with wrestlers at various stages of their careers, from newcomers to seasoned veterans.

The tag team division has been a stronghold for AEW since it was established in 2019, with FTR being one of the key tag teams in the promotion. However, Dax Harwood is aware that his wrestling career won’t last forever.

Having wrestled for two decades, including a successful stint in WWE as part of The Revival with his long-time tag team partner Cash Wheeler, Harwood revealed during an Instagram Live Q&A that he intends to establish a wrestling school once he retires from active competition.

Uncle Dax said, “So, my plans after being done in the ring are already in motion. I don’t know how much I can tell ya. But I can tell ya that there’s already a ring, there’s already a building, there’s already equipment and the idea is to obviously open a wrestling school with three of my friends. I’ll just leave it at that and you know, hopefully that will allow people to live a 20-year dream just like I did.”

While Harwood didn’t delve into specifics about the wrestling school, but Wheeler will likely be involved in its operations.

FTR has not been scheduled for a match at AEW All Out 2024.
